I have absolutely no trace at all of Internet Explorer on my system. Just plain Netscape. When I installe Win95 I riped off the install file of any reference on IE. From there you can rearrange things the way you want. Rename the items to appear as you want on the start menu. Create new folders and drag and drop whatever to whatever. Also, you can go into Window Explorer - Windows - Start Menu and open any of the sub folders and do the same thing from there.
